Maribel’s professional experience in intellectual property dates back to 1999. Her career has evolved from working with established Miami law firms and founding her own trademark portfolio management company to becoming an attorney and holding senior in-house legal leadership positions.
Today, she leads Maribel Elias, P.A. and serves as outside General Counsel to S&S Aviation & Logistics, advising businesses in the United States and Latin America on brand protection, trademark disputes, corporate governance, contracts, regulatory compliance, and commercial matters.
